Scheduling and availability
We are open 24/7 for emergency calls. Same-day appointments are offered when available, but availability depends on location, weather and other calls. We do not promise arrival times, and delays can happen.
Your responsibilities

- Provide safe access to the work area, and secure pets.
- Shut off water, power or gas only if it is safe to do so.
- If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility before calling us.
- Have an adult authorized to approve the work present or reachable.
Warranty and limits
Any written warranty terms are provided by the contractor performing the work and stated before work begins. Beyond that, the site and service are provided as is, and we do not promise specific results from the information on this page.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as property damage that existed before the call or that results from delays outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under New Jersey law.
